Nice and spacious hotel. Great breakfast, lots of healthy and unhealthy choises. Good location in Helsfyr with easy access to pulic transport to city center

Very warm in the room. Climate control didn't go below 19 degrees. Small shower, no room for washing yourself.

Nice looking hotel, very good breakfast

Breakfast was excellent. There were a lot of options available and, for a big plus, salmon was one of options available. Very good salmon! The room was big enough, and had all the basics.

The beds. Two single beds to form a double bed. If you wanted to sleep in the middle of the bed, you ended up in a whole as the mattresses were moving away. This was really uncomfortable.

Wonderful

Room - very comfortable bed. Option to open a window to get fresh air was welcome. Curtains protect from the sun light very well. Room was spacious. Breakfast - really good. Staff - polite, but one situation annoyed me a bit during check-in. It was past 11PM. One lady-staff working on check-in, couple of us customers standing in the line. Suddenly one more gent-staff comes to second counter, and people from end of line jumps to his desk and starts checkin. That was rude, since we were all tired and it would be nice that staff asked next in line to checkin, I expect them to keep order as well, not just carry out check-ins.

Thing I didn't like is open walk-in shower without doors. Meaning that it was pretty cold to take a shower since all the hot humid air goes into whole bathroom, and doesn't stick in shower area. And since it doesn't have a door, water is spilling around bathroom. Also, there is no central switch for the lights in the room (usually situated by the bed), so you have to go lamp by lamp and switch it off manually. These were comments on something hotel can't influence so easily at the moment. So, it's up to you to decide if this is acceptable for you. Now comments which can be influenced by hotel: Small fridge was working but not cooling inside enough. After more than 24h inside, my Cola was warm. Room cleaning has to be announced by 11PM for next day. We arrived at 11:15PM on check in, so we couldn't get the cleaning for next day...

Good value for money and good location.

I love the breakfast that was one of the best breakfast I had in that kind of hotel. Very good quality and staff was amazing in the breakfast area. The only problem we had in the breakfast was it was too busy the last day. I think putting people into time periods would be beneficial.

The staff in the reception could be more helpful.

We enjoyed visiting Oslo with a great starting point of the hotel to explore the city with a car

The location of the hotel is great. Breakfast is phenomenal - we haven’t seen so much choice for breakfast in any of the hotels.

A great hotel experience with a wonderful buffet breakfast every day.

Everything went well except the location is a little far from the center of town. The local train stop is a bit of a walk & hard to find. And the return trip was confusing when we exited the train as much construction is going on in the area. Two big highways were difficult to cross in order to return to the hotel But the train ride was quick & efficient leaving us at the central train station.

Staff friendly and helpful.

If you do not like your room to be too warm then this is not the hotel for you. If was 25 degrees Celcius in the room when we arrived and there is no A/C. A fan was provided and the window opened tiny amount, but these had little effect. Also the desk light did not work. We reported it to reception and nothing happened. The hotel is fine, but it felt very expensive for what I would call a modest hotel. Maybe this just reflects the high prices for accommodation in Oslo.

Exceptional

We stayed at this hotel and were very satisfied! The location is great — not in the city center, but very convenient: just a 5-minute walk to the metro station, and only 4 stops to the main train station. The breakfast was excellent — very diverse, with lots of fruit, fish, and cold cuts. A few small downsides: no slippers, no shoehorn, and no cotton swabs provided. These little things would have made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, everything was great, and we definitely recommend this hotel!

The stay overall was very xcellent, and the breakfast is very satisfying!

The property is very accessible to public transportation only 4 mins to helsfyr station

Excellent stay in Oslo

Location is only a short walk from the metro station and many local buses. Short journey into Oslo city centre. Very smart, clean hotel. Room was modern, spacious and comfortable. Deep comfortable bath. Very good breakfast selection. Great views from the upper floors.

Didn't affect me but is a bit out of the city centre if you wanted to walk. Otherwise, nothing at all.
